Rates are per week and are inclusive of 12% Florida Tax. Payment can be made in Dollars, UK Pounds, Euros or Credit Card via Pay Pal on line.

£250.00 / $500.00 deposit is required at the time of booking. Balance is due 10 weeks before arrival. £250 / $500 security deposit is required, refundable within 2 weeks of departure. Subject to property inspection. Minimum stay 3 nights. Stays of 6 nights or less incur a cleaning charge of $90.00.
